Hooked 6: Caffeine
In the sixth episode of Hooked Allison and I are discussing the most popular and widely used drug on the planet. My guess is everyone who is reading this has had it, and most of you have it on a daily basis.
But what are its full effects, and what are its possible harms.
This was another really fun episode to make, we talk about how to handle caffeine withdrawals (from my first hand experience) and the stupid ways people take it.
