As long time readers of this site know, we occasionally come across people that have injecting habits outside of the norm.

I'd be really interested to hear from workers or injectors about some of the stranger things they've seen over the years.

I was teaching a Relation Crisis Management course last week in the interior of BC and we had a short discussion about Harm Reduction amd Needle Exchanges. One of the homeless shelter workers that attended said that they had a needle exchange at their shelter and that several people came in regularly to get needles so that they could inject water as a way of sobering up when they had drank too much.

It was the first time I had of this. Do you or the forum members here have any experience with this?
